The Toledo Zoo is located 4 miles south of downtown Toledo.

Traveling southbound from the Ann Arbor area, take US 23 south to the 475 East Toledo exit. (Left exit off of 23) Then take I-75 south to the #201-A exit and go south on state route 25 (Maumee) to The Toledo Zoo parking lot.

Traveling south bound from the Detroit Metro area, take I-75 south to the #201-A exit. Take state route 25 (Maumee) south to The Toledo Zoo parking lot.

Traveling east or west, take the Ohio Turnpike, exit at Gate 4/59 and you are approximately 10 minutes away by going North on Reynolds Rd. (U.S. 20) to Glendale Ave., to the Anthony Wayne Trail (state route 25) or exit at Gate 4A/64, follow I-75 north to exit #201A and follow state route 25 south.

Traveling northbound from Columbus or Cincinnati, take I-75 north to the #201-A exit. Then take state route 25 (Maumee) south to The Toledo Zoo parking lot.
