Learning Resources

Great learning resources covering a variety of topics and activities
The Toledo Zoo's Education Department has created several informative lessons and activites that educators can use both in their own classrooms and at the Zoo during field trips. The documents are available for general use and have been provided below as PDF files.

Please note: some lessons encourage activities at specific Zoo locations. Before planning a field trip where those lessons are incorporated, educators can contact The Toledo Zoo at 419-385-5721 to inquire if the exhibit(s) will be accessible. Weather, construction, and other factors may influence whether or not an exhibit is open.
