Winter Camps Registration by Mail

If you plan to register by mail or fax, please read the following items carefully!

  • Download the Winter Camp packet (includes camp listings, registration form, and required forms for medical info, release of liability, etc.).
  • Please send a separate form (or copy) for each registrant.
  • Please indicate on the registration form an alternate date. If your first choice is unavailable, your child will be placed in your second choice.
  • We will place siblings together when possible, but we cannot guarantee the placement. We ask that you please comply with the age guidelines.
  • A confirmation will be mailed or emailed to each registrant.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, a camp/class may be canceled at the discrection of the Zoo. Should this happen, we will contact you to schedule another camp/class or make arrangements for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the program is filled, cancelled or if there is an emergency, and will be issued only if we are notified a week before the camp/class' start date.
  • LATE POLICY: It is important that your child is dropped off and picked up on time. There will be a late drop off and pick up charge of $15 for every 15 minutes that you are late dropping off or picking up your child, unless the teacher has been notified under special circumstances.
