Are you a Toledo Zoo Member? All Toledo Zoo memberships include one FREE visit to The Lights Before Christmas. Members only need to show proof of a current membership for admission -- ticket purchases are not required unless the member visits The Lights Before Christmas more than once during the current year.

All online ticket orders using the "Print at Home" option are available immediately. Your tickets will be attached to your confirmation email as a PDF file (see visual sample on the left). If you do not currently have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, please click here to download Adobe Reader onto your computer.
Please note: You must print the PDF file(s) attached to your confirmation e-mail and use the printed tickets for admission to the zoo (see visual sample above). Each ticket you purchase will be its own page in the PDF file. You may need to set your e-mail account to accept incoming mail from onlineticketing@toledozoo.org to avoid restrictions, spam features, etc. If you do not see your confirmation e-mail from the Zoo within a few minutes after making your purchase, check your e-mail account's Junk mail folder, Spam folder, or similar feature. If the confirmation e-mail does not arrive in your e-mail account's inbox within a few minutes, it could take a maximum of 2 hours for it to process, depending on current volume.
The PDF file can be printed and redeemed for admission to the Zoo during operating hours for The Lights Before Christmas on the date of your choice (except Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day when the Toledo Zoo is closed).
Please note: Parking is not included in admission ticket price. However, parking passes are also available for purchase online (see 'Parking Passes' below).

All online ticket orders using the "Will Call" option will be available at the Visitor Services window located in the Entrance Plaza by the Anthony Wayne Trail parking lot. Your tickets can be redeemed for admission to the Zoo during operating hours for The Lights Before Christmas on the date of your choice (except Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day when the Toledo Zoo is closed).
