Terms and Conditions Advance tickets are only available from 9/18/09 to 10/18/09. Pumpkin Path and Little Boo at the Zoo are rain or shine events. Tickets are non-refundable and are valid for one day's admission to either event from Thursday, October 22 to Sunday, October 25. If you have a meijer promo code please click here The Toledo Zoo is unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Parking is not included in ticket price. All online orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. The billing address will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address that your credit card statements are sent to. All online ticket orders are available immediately and your tickets will be attached to your confirmation email as a PDF file. Please note: You need to print the PDF file attached to your confirmation e-mail and use the printed tickets for admission to the zoo (see visual sample at left). By printing the PDF with the bar codes your entry to the zoo will be streamlined and quick. Without the ticket printouts, your entry to the zoo will be delayed.
