Membership Purchase Terms and Conditions

Before we get started with your purchase, here are some tips you should make note of for future reference:

  • At least one cardholder listed on the membership must be present any time the membership is used for admission to the Zoo, or when any other guest privileges included with the membership are used.
     
  • After you finalize your online purchase in our online store, please print your confirmation receipt. Your receipt can be used as your temporary membership card for free parking and admission until your permanent membership card arrives.
     
  • Zoo members are asked to show a second photo I.D. with their membership card. Please bring your membership card with you to receive free parking and free admission. Zoo memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can not be shared by two households.
     
  • Please allow a minimum of 3 to 7 days for processing memberships purchased online.
