•	First-time mom, delivered a male calf on April 30, 2003
•	Weighs approximately 8,300 pounds

Louie:
•	Male calf born to Renee on Wednesday, April 30, 2003 at 11:49pm
•	Weighed 275 pounds at birth
•	The name, Louie, was chosen by Mrs. Ruth Carl as a tribute to renowned Toledo Zoo elephant keeper Louis Scherer.
