Same-day service
Same-day service is available for online orders placed prior to 9:30 AM EST.
(Note: Earliest pick-up time available is 11:00 AM for same-day service)
Online orders can also be made for future dates or you can call by phone to place an order (phone orders must be placed 24 hours in advance). Please note: For groups with more than seven guests, please call (419) 385-5721, ext. 6001 with at least 24 hours notice.
Payment is due in advance at the time the order is placed (by phone or online) and must be paid by credit card only (we accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover). All prices are subject to sales tax.
Your Safari Sandwiches can be picked up at either the Northern Ice concession station by Arctic Encounter® or at the Karamu BBQ stand on the Africa! overlook.
Safari Sandwiches Lunch Options
The Safari Sandwich program offers three packages that serve between 2-7 individuals. Each order is served in a reusable bag for you to keep, and consists of sandwiches, pasta salad, chips and ice-cold beverages. A variety of desserts are also available for an additional charge. You will also receive coupons for over $15 in savings throughout the Zoo!

Safari Sandwiches for Concerts at the Zoo
*Please call in your Safari Sandwiches order at least one day prior to your concert date.
Baskets will be available from 6:30 p.m. until the concert begins.
