Membership card replacement is contingent on verification that your membership is currently active. Only one card is issued per membership. Lost Membership Cards can be replaced for $8.00 through any of the following methods:
1. Process Online
You will need to provide your name, current contact information, and physical address listed while establishing the membership. The information you provide will be used to search for your membership in our database. The online system will process your $8 fee and your replacement card will be mailed to you within three to ten days. Replacement cards can only be issued for memberships that are current. Transactions for replacement card requests on expired memberships will be refunded. Click here to sign in and order a replacement card..
2. Send Payment to The Toledo Zoo
Send $8 to the Membership Office along with your name, address and telephone number. Please use the following contact information to request your replacement card:

Replacements cards ordered through the mail will be processed within 10 to 14 days.
3. At the Zoo
Replacement cards can be purchased at the Membership Sales window located in the Anthony Wayne Trail entry plaza daily between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please note that you may have to wait in line on busy days. Replacement cards purchased at the Sales Window will be processed in 10 to 14 days.
