Online orders can be made for future dates or you can call by phone to place an order (phone orders must be placed 24 hours in advance). Please note: Same-day service is available for online orders placed prior to 9:30 AM EST. (Note: Earliest pick-up time available is 11:00 AM for same-day service)
For groups with more than seven guests, please call (419) 385-5721, ext. 6001 with at least 24 hours notice.
Payment is due in advance at the time the order is placed (by phone or online) and must be paid by credit card only (we accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover). All prices are subject to sales tax.
Please note: A cancelled order must be made during office hours, otherwise non-refundable.

Your Safari Sandwiches can be picked up at either the Northern Ice concession station by Kroger Pavilion or at the Karamu BBQ stand on the Africa! overlook.
Safari Sandwiches Lunch Options
The Safari Sandwich program offers three packages that serve between 2-7 individuals. Each order is served in a Toledo Zoo reusable bag for you to keep, and consists of deli sandwiches, pasta salad, chips and ice-cold bottled beverages. A variety of desserts are also available for an additional charge.
