Natural Feeding and Enrichment Demos are a big part of the summer fun at The Toledo Zoo between Memorial Day and Labor Day—after all, who doesn’t like watching some of their favorite Zoo animals chow down?
These Feeding Demos are not only fun, but they provide important enrichment for our animals. They stimulate the animals’ senses and encourage natural behaviors such as hunting and foraging.
