Important additional info for concert patrons

• Concerts are rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted in the Amphitheater. We encourage patrons to bring a rain poncho. We also do not permit any bottles, cans, cameras, camera phones or recording devices.

• The Toledo Zoo is not responsible for booking the Summer Concert Series, nor are we responsible for canceling them due to weather. Unless otherwise determined by LiveNation, refunds will not be given in the event of rain.

• Will call tickets are only available at the Anthony Wayne Trail entrance on concert days. Will call is no longer offered at the Broadway entrance.

• On concert days ticket sales/will only be available at the box office located at the Broadway Street entrance gate at 6:00PM.

• Concert patrons planning to use the Broadway entrance for admission need to be aware that Aquarium construction in the area will have a significant impact on admitting patrons and general foot traffic .  The Zoo recommends that concert patrons use our main parking lot off Anthony Wayne Trail (OH25) for easier access to concerts. It is also recommended that patrons arrive early for parking and to have time to walk to the Amphitheatre from the Anthony Wayne Trail entrance. Click here if you want to examine an area construction map with detailed information.
