of part of Zoo history with the purchase of an engraved brick
for you or your loved ones! Zoo bricks are located in the
Anthony Wayne Trail entry complex around the base of the panda
statues and are visible to nearly one million Zoo visitors
each year.
Zoo bricks are a great way to commemorate any special occasion or provide a lasting memorial for a loved one. And, each brick you purchase will serve as recognition of your support for The Toledo Zoo.
Funds raised through the Zoo brick program
benefit the Zoo's capital budget, providing for regular maintenance
of existing exhibits and buildings. Your investment is fully
tax-deductible.
Each 4" x 8" brick will accommodate
twelve characters per line (including spacing and punctuation)
and up to three lines of text. Your inscription will be laser
engraved directly into the brick, providing a glass-like appearance.
With each order you will receive a certificate of purchase,
suitable for framing. The cost for each brick is $100.

Should you ever wish to replace your existing
brick, you will be responsible only for the cost of the brick's
production.
Please note that bricks are laid only in the spring and fall. The deadline for fall installation is July 16; the deadline for spring installation is April 15.
