Once upon a Vine

6:30 – 7:30 P.M. – Become immersed in Nature’s Neighborhood while enjoying specialty cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres. This fun, quirky exhibit will stimulate your sense of sight and sound with our live beehive, an active leaf cutter ant colony and the wonders of the Neighborhood’s “forest” featuring several live animal exhibits! In addition to all the imaginative fun, there will also be unique photo opportunities.
7:30 P.M. – Guests will be transported to the Lodge where their senses of taste and smell will be tantalized by a four-course, gourmet meal with paired wines or favorite spirits from the top-shelf bar. Choose one of the following entrees specially prepared for Once upon a Vine guests:
10oz New York Strip with herb butter and baby portabellas, creamy spinach linguini with asiago cheese and grilled asparagus with toasted cashews
6oz Grilled Salmon served with a mango and cilantro salsa, creamy spinach linguini with asiago cheese and grilled asparagus with toasted cashews
Spinach and Feta Manicotti with roasted red pepper sauce, served with grilled asparagus with toasted cashews
Reservations are $250 per person and tables of 8 or 10 can be reserved.
The attire is country club casual.
Parking will be available in the Broadway lot.
Proceeds from Once upon a Vine directly support the on-going conservation, education and animal care initiatives at the Toledo Zoo. $200 of each ticket is considered a charitable donation. Once upon a Vine reservations are limited, so reserving early is highly recommended.
