The Toledo Zoo offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for students and adults. We provide all necessary training, so you’ll have a fulfilling experience. Regardless of your interests or schedule, your Zoo has something for you!

Zoo Educators	The ZOOTeen program offers volunteer opportunities to students between the ages of 13 and 17 who have a strong interest in education, animal science and conservation. It is a seasonal/year-round program that offers youth a range of opportunities. Learn more...	We offer a wide variety of unpaid internship opportunities. Animal Care positions are designated for Juniors and Seniors in upper level education courses. Other limitations may apply. Learn more...
