Current Hours:

Lucas County residents receive free Zoo admission each non-holiday Monday from 10 a.m. – noon with valid proof of residency.

The Zoo remains open for one additional hour after gates close to allow visitors to complete their visit. However, many animals may be off exhibit during the last hour.

Important Notices

Last entry to the Museum is at 4 p.m. weekdays and 5 p.m. on weekends.

Sept. 28 — Aquarium closing at 4 p.m.

Museum Exhibit Closings

The Museum is undergoing some exhibit work to keep our animals safe and happy in their new homes. Please be aware of some of the upcoming exhibit closures or times when some animals might be off exhibit.

Sturgeon Touch Tank - Closed through Monday, Sept. 23rd.

Komodo Dragon - Off exhibit through Monday, Sept. 23rd.

Tropical Greenhouse - Partial pathway closures through Monday, Sept 30.

Please note, the exit ramp from Northbound I-75 for Collingwood Blvd (Exit #201A) will be closed through November. A quick detour is to use the exit ramp for South Avenue/ Kuhlman Drive (Exit #200). Once on South Avenue, turn left onto the Anthony Wayne Trail/ State Route 25 and the Zoo entrance will be on your right.

Parking Info

Members:

With a valid membership card, members park for free at the Anthony Wayne Trail lot and receive a $2 discount on parking at the Broadway lot.

Non-Members:

$8 per standard vehicle. $16 for RVs, campers, motor coaches or any vehicle that takes up more than one parking space.

School Bus:

$8 with each pre-registered field trip.
