Overnights and Snooze at the Zoo

Spending the night at the Zoo is a wildly good time for families, groups and schools. During the overnight adventure, guests make enrichment for our animals, tour the Zoo, meet animals up close and enjoy delicious meals. Each Snooze lasts from 6:30 p.m. – 10 a.m. the next day. Girl Scout Day
Girl Scout Day is the chance for girl scouts of all ages to fulfill badge requirements while also exploring the Zoo! In addition, there will also be exclusive classes, animal encounters and guided tours just for girl scouts! Event includes 9 a.m. early Zoo access and concludes at 1:30 p.m. More information, including badges, pricing and registration procedures, available at toledozoo.org/scouts.

Tue, Nov. 5
Camp for a Day
Children ages 5-12 can enjoy their day off from school at Vote for Animals Camp! From 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. campers will meet the reptiles, mammals, birds, amphibians and fish that rely on human support to survive. More information, including pricing and registration, available at toledozoo.org/camps.

Sun, Nov. 10
Zoomba
Move and groove to traditional Latin rhythms and animal-inspired tunes for an hour of energetic exercise to benefit Raising Up Red Pandas campaign. Workout 9-10 a.m. Separate fee. Includes Zoo admission. toledozoo.org/zoomba

Fri, Nov. 22
Tree-lighting Ceremony
The “Big Tree,” an 85-foot Norway spruce decorated with more than 35,000 LED bulbs, will light up the night sky to kick off the 2019 season of Lights Before Christmas presented by KeyBank. The Lights shine nightly from Fri, Nov. 22 – Sun, Dec. 31. Learn more at toledozoo.org/lights.

Thu, Nov. 28
Lights OPEN 3 – 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day
Admission gates open 3 – 8 p.m. Park will close at 9 p.m.
