Rentals

Visitors have access to several options allowing them to visit the Zoo with ease. Visitors entering on the Anthony Wayne Trail Side (Main Entrance), rental items are available at Bear Essentials (located past the entry) or the visitor services building (located in entry plaza, across from North Star gift shop). Visitors entering on the Broadway Side, rental items are available at the Broadway admissions booth. Rental items priced per visitor, per Zoo visit.

Please note:
Valid ID required for wheelchair and scooter rentals. Hours of operation may vary due to season and weather. Motorized scooters must be rented by the user or a legally responsible party. All scooter riders must be 16 years or older unless special conditions apply. Scooters provided to visitors who need accommodations and are not intended for recreational use.

Scooter availability is limited and scooters are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis.
